High school sweethearts who have been together since 1989, Shad and Stephanie have spent decades building both their family and their reputation for dependable service. Shad has been around nearly every aspect of the automotive industry (including collision, insurance, and the towing/recovery) his entire life, gaining extensive hands-on experience and ingenuity when it comes to handling roadside assistance, off-road recovery, and specialty towing situations. Stephanie has been actively involved in the towing operations since 2018, assisting with towing and recovery, dispatch, customer service, and day-to-day business operations. Together, they created Shad Randall’s Towing & Recovery with one goal in mind: to be the towing company people can trust and depend on when they need help the most.  Continuing the legacy his grandfather, Tex Randall, started in 1967.
