Q: What do I do when my Car gets stuck when I am in the dirt or sand?  

A: If your vehicle is stuck in sand, dirt, mud, a wash, or a rural area, stay safe and avoid digging yourself in deeper if possible. Call us with your location, vehicle type, and details about the situation so we can determine the safest recovery plan. 

Q: Can you recover vehicles from desert roads and backcountry areas?   

A: Yes. Our fleet includes an off-road recovery unit, and we handle many desert-area recoveries throughout Florence, Box Canyon, Florence-Kelvin Highway, nearby rural routes, and surrounding Pinal County areas. Each recovery is reviewed based on access, safety, and conditions. 

Q: My 4x4 Jeep is stuck.  What can you do that I can't to get me out?

Q: Do I need an appointment or can I call anytime?
A:  You can call us anytime for Towing needs. No appointment is necessary for most services. We are available to respond to roadside and towing requests as they happen, and scheduled service can be arranged if needed.  If your vehicle is in our Storage Yard, you'll need to call the office at 480-250-9327 to schedule an appointment for our staff to meet you at the yard. 

Q: How quickly can you arrive to Tow my vehicle?
A: Our response time varies based on location, traffic, and call volume, but we always strive to reach you as quickly as possible and will provide an estimated arrival time when you call and keep you updated the entire time so you are always informed of where we are!

Q:  Do you offer emergency service?
A:   Yes. We provide emergency towing and roadside assistance for breakdowns, accidents, and urgent recovery situations 24 hours a day / 7 days a week!

Q:  Do you Tow for the Town of Florence Police Department?
A:   Yes. Shad Randall’s Towing & Recovery participates in the Town of Florence Police Department’s towing rotation. When officers need a vehicle removed, they contact the next company on their approved rotation list. If your vehicle was towed by the Town of Florence PD, please refer to your police report to see which towing company was called out for your vehicle.  You can always contact the Town of Florence Police Department to see which company has your vehicle. 

Business Policies

Q:  What happens if my vehicle is already at a shop or impound?
A:   We can coordinate retrieval and transport with the facility.

Q:  Do you offer fleet or commercial accounts?
A:   Yes. Shad Randall’s Towing & Recovery works with fleet accounts, local businesses, repair shops, property owners, and commercial customers who need dependable towing and recovery support. We understand that downtime matters, so we focus on clear communication, professional service, and reliable response when your vehicles need help. 

Q:  What do I need to release a vehicle from storage?

A:  To release a vehicle, you will need the following:

• Valid Driver's license if driving the vehicle out of the yard

• Proof of ownership (such as a current registration or the vehicle's title)

• Proof of Current insurance

• Payment in full for the towing and storage services - remember storage charges daily.

If the vehicle has been placed on a hold, or ARS 28-3511, you will need to contact the police department to obtain a release in order to get the vehicle out of storage.  Even after the 20-day hold is up, a release is required.
